Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two counts of robbery and two counts of deploying a toxic agent, as confirmed by court officials.

The charges follow an probe of an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Before the assault occurred, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after exiting a parking garage elevator, authorities reported.

A young child was among those injured in the event. Several persons were taken to a medical facility and were subsequently released.

The incident – which authorities stated was not part of a series and not being treated as terrorism – led to disruptions to rail services and the temporary blocking of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
